Meet Emily - a parent coach with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a passion for helping moms and families feel more confident, connected, and supported. Emily specializes in guiding parents through the messy, meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming seasons of raising kids from postpartum to toddlerhood and beyond.

Drawing from both professional training and real-life experience, Emily offers practical, compassionate support tailored to your family’s unique needs. Her coaching style blends emotional insight with realistic tools to help you navigate challenges, set healthy boundaries, and parent with intention.

Emily believes you can be a strong, calm, and capable parent without burning out or losing yourself in the process. She is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

When Emily is not working with clients, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and two kids, at Disney, or soaking up some time outdoors.

Through 1:1 coaching sessions, online courses, and interactive workshops, Emily provides flexible support that fits your schedule and parenting goals.

Karen Alexander is a parenting coach with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, specializing in the Marriage and Family Therapy track. With both professional training and real-life experience as a mom of twins, Karen brings empathy, clarity, and a nonjudgmental approach to every family she supports.

She specializes in helping parents navigate the challenges of modern parenting, whether it's managing toddler tantrums, setting healthy boundaries, or building stronger connections with teens. Karen combines evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of child development and family dynamics, offering guidance that is both practical and affirming.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply want to parent with more intention, Karen provides compassionate support tailored to your family's unique needs.

Karen offers virtual coaching sessions, webinars, and courses with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of busy parents. Sessions are available by appointment.
